High volume real estate team based in North Scottsdale seeks a marketing assistant to provide support to the listing team.

Job duties will include:

  • Handling all marketing and promotion for open houses.
  • Developing strategies specific to various social media channels, track the metrics, and integrate the best tools and practices on those platforms.
  • Designing and improving on existing marketing pieces, strategies and brochures.
  • Assisting with general marketing needs.

Creating and designing presentations, logos and other marketing materials.

Requirements include:

Extremen attention to detail

Energetic, highly motivated, independent worker

High level of time management and follow up

Ability to set priorites and adjust to workflow as needed

Strong communication, administrative and organized skills

Understanding of social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram as well as our website

Must be proficient in MS Office Suite, Including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher

Experience with Google Drive A+

Real Estate experience helpful, but not required

Full time, potential to work from home.
